Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Jewels By Bae, we want you to love your new jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns:
Time Frame: You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order at your own cost.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: By law earrings and any piercing jewellery cannot be returned. Any customised or personalised jewellery, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@jewelsbybae.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Return Authorisation: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Shipping costs from online purchases change of mind reasons are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
International Returns:
For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees and any customs duties. Please allow extra time for the return to be processed.
