Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring

Use this method if you have a ring that fits perfectly on the intended finger.

Steps:

  1. Choose a Well-Fitting Ring: Select a ring that already fits the intended finger comfortably.
  2. Measure the Diameter:  Use a ruler or tape measure to measure the inside diameter of the ring (in millimetres).  Measure edge-to-edge across the centre.
  3. Match the Size: Refer to the chart below to find your ring size based on the diameter.

Method 2: Measure Your Finger

If you don’t have a ring to measure, you can size your finger instead.
